Join us for the Women Angel Investor Breakfast
Get ready for inspiration and radical candor on financing equity and opportunities for women investing in women-led startups!
Register for the International Women’s Month (IWM) 2024 Women Angel Investor Breakfast. Hear from founders and angel investors about the financing progress and challenges facing women founders.
Capital Angel Network (CAN) and SheBoot, in partnership with Invest Ottawa (IO) and the National Angel Capital Organization (NACO), are bringing the community together for an interactive, thought provoking discussion around the startup and investment ecosystem – the reality of today and the potential for tomorrow.
You’ll hear real-world stories from both sides of the investment table. With this event, we aim to inspire inclusion, engage more women in the investment landscape and, ultimately, move the dial for women in entrepreneurship.
Join us in welcoming keynote speaker Manjit Minhas, Co-founder & CEO at Minhas Breweries, Distilleries and Wineries. Manjit, recognized for her role as the straight-talking Dragon investor with flair on CBC’s Dragons’ Den, will speak to her experience as an entrepreneur and investor, sharing her path to success.
