Mental Health at Work and Beyond

Running a startup is not easy under normal circumstances, but 2023 has not been without its challenges for founders.

Join AIO and Feelin’ Good Collective for this one-hour workshop aimed at helping you learn some wellness techniques that will assist in combating anxiety, stress and burnout.

Your facilitators Naina and Brenda have a mix of experience in yoga and meditation, as well as working in the innovation sector at Fortune 500 companies.

So put on some comfy clothes, pour a hot drink and get ready to feel good on Tuesday, May 30th at 12pm on Zoom.

What should I expect?

  • 60-minute mindfulness workshop designed for a much needed pause
  • Build awareness and destigmatize mental health issues at work
  • Learn wellness techniques rooted in science to combat anxiety, stress, and burnout

What should I bring?

  • A journal and pen (piece of paper or notepad works too!)
  • Wear feel-good clothing
  • Warm cuppa (drink of choice)
  • An open mind
