Canadian Circular Economy Summit 2023

June 19, 2023 @ 8:00 am - June 20, 2023 @ 5:00 pm

Advance the role of circular solutions in delivering environmental, social, and economic outcomes at the first Canadian Circular Economy Summit, co-hosted by the Circular Innovation Council and Circular Economy Leadership Canada (CELC). Expand the impact of this sector as we delve into the importance of climate action in a circular economy.

Join leaders from industry, government, NGOs, and academia who are working toward transformative change by activating innovative circular solutions across the country. Come together in person to share learnings and best practices, while collaborating on the solutions, innovations, and cross-sectoral cooperation necessary for accelerating the transition to a circular economy in Canada.

Participants will have the opportunity to:

  • Support and expand the linkages between circular economies and climate action in sectors across the Canadian economy
  • Advance the circular economy innovation agenda in Canada, with a focus on industrial competitiveness
    and economic development opportunities
  • Participate in interactive, workshop-style programming to advance action in innovation, procurement, finance,
trade, collaboration models, data, and information sharing
  • Connect with other delegates through business-to-business, business-to-government,
and government-to-government programming that will result in strategic partnerships, pilot projects, and new research,
    while enabling delegate collaboration
  • Identify policies that can set the necessary conditions for the accelerated implementation of the circular economy in Canada
